What size do I order?

To find your size, the best method is to measure your favorite tee, lying flat,  about an inch below the arm hole for tees, at the arm hole for tanks.  Compare your measurement with those provided in the product description or reach out and request a sizing chart from us if you cannot find one on the product page.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept exchanges and returns of unworn/ merchandise in new condition.  Simply return it within 10 days of delivery.  Exchanges will be processed the day they are received.  Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.  Shipping is non-refundable.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders generally ship within ten business days.  For orders with multiple items, they may ship at separate times from different warehouses.  Notifications and tracking information for each shipment will be sent via email.   Shipping days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed we send it to one of our fulfillment centers.  Once they are sent for fulfillment, they cannot be canceled, changed or redirected to another address.  If we ship your package to the address you provided and it is returned, we will issue a credit for the product price less a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping is non-refundable.   

Can I track my order?

Orders over 3 ounces can be tracked within the US.  When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number.   Once you receive that tracking number, your package is ready for the carrier pick-up.  Tracking will begin once the carrier make the initial scan.   

It can take up to 48 hours to appear in the tracking system.  

International:

International orders generally arrive  2-6 weeks after ship date. Most international orders are delivered in 10 - 21 days.   

Special note for international orders:

Import duties, taxes, charges, and/or Value-Added Taxes (VAT) (customs fees) are not included in the  item price or shipping cost of your order.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Fees will vary, depending on the destination country.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

I never received my package. What do I do?

If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) or 40 days (international) please contact the carrier. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form to trace your order. 

They will guide you through the process of trying to locate your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.

How is your apparel printed?

Many of our prints and designs come from different printers around the world, so this answer is determined by which product you select or have an interest in. We ensure top quality materials leading to the best possible fit and comfort. 

 

Does your apparel shrink?

Depending on the materials used to create each specific product, this answer can vary. However, If you plan on washing/drying your garments frequently, our shirts will shrink between 3-5% on average. Some items may contain more shrinkable materials. If you do not want your products to shrink -  we recommend washing your products in cold water and hang drying them only.

Do you ever offer a discount? 

On occasion, Claws Shop will run special discount offers seasonally to help raise more funds for endangered big cats. We also will Email a discount code to our Email subscribers. Discounts cannot be used when any other special offer is applied to an order. Only one special offer or discount can be applied per order. 

 

How does my order help save big cats?

We work with several big cat specific organizations all over the world, and your order helps contribute to the success of conservation for research, education or direct support for big cat sanctuaries.
